The Fitness Center brings a true relaxing and rejuvenating resort experience as part of the everyday life at Wilderness Lake Preserve. This 4,000 square foot center brings an array of services to enhance the tranquil Wilderness Lake Preserve lifestyle. The Nail Saloon offers a full range of Manicures, Pedicures for both men and women, Mini Mani-Pedi combos and Princess Pampering Mini Mani-Pedis for children. In the main workout room, you can enjoy the pristine view of the lake while working out on the state-of-art fitness equipment. We offer a full line of Nautilus Strength Training Equipment and free weights, along with cardiovascular equipment encompassing treadmills, upright bicycles and recumbent cycles. In addition to the fully equipped work out room, the aerobics room is designed and quipped for a variety of Aerobic and Yoga sessions, Martial Arts and Personal Training. Just outside of the Fitness Center, the recreation continues at the 25-meter Lap Pool, the refreshing Lagoon Pool and Jacuzzi. All of these amenities are surrounded by expansive furnished pool decks and the picturesque pleasures of a lake view veranda.

Children 12-15 years old are permitted to use the Fitness Center if accompanied by an adult (defined as someone 18 or older).
Children under the age of 12 are not permitted in the Fitness Center at any time.
Running shoes/sneakers/multi-sport footwear along with proper attire is required in the Fitness Center. No sandals, swimwear or bare feet are permitted.
Each household may bring up to two (2) guests to the Fitness Center.
