CONSERVATION AREA MAINTENANCE AUTHORIZATION AGREEMENT 

New Dock Information

If you are interested in adding a dock on the property please:
1. Complete an ALTERATION APPLICATION
2. Receive approval of the Alteration Application from your Homeowner's Association Architectural Review Committee
3. Follow the DISTRICT WETLANDS AGREEMENT POLICIES AND PROCEDURES
4. Complete the DISTRICT WETLANDS AGREEMENT
5. Mail the Agreement to the District Office
6. Wait for final ratification of the Agreement before constructing the dock
