BOARD OF SUPERVISOR MEETINGS

The Board of Supervisors sets an annual Meeting Schedule prior to the end of the fiscal year on September 30 which will be posted on the website. The Board of Supervisors may also hold special meetings which will also be posted on the Meeting Schedule page. All meetings of the District are open for attendence by the public.

The District follows Roberts Rules of Order as a basis for the Meeting Guidelines and Policy. These meetings are held in the same manner as a City Council meeting and are recorded to preserve the historical record of the meeting.

For each regular meeting of the Board of Supervisors an Agenda will be prepared and posted on the website. In addition there will be a Meeting Book which will include the Agenda for the meeting and all related documents that will come before the Board at the meeting. Subsequent to the meeting a summary of the meeting will be typed from the recording as the Minutes of the Meeting and presented to the Board at the following meeting for review and approval. The approved Minutes will be posted on the website upon approval and signature. The draft of the Minutes can also be found in the meeting book for the following meeting.
